Elle A Events offers a variety of packages to meet your specific wedding planning needs. While the packages range in services offered, each includes consulting with a team of experts who have experience in wedding planning. Complimentary Initial Consultation

The initial consultation can last up to one hour and is a vital part of working together. During this meeting we to begin develop and understand your vision for your wedding festivities by identifying your taste, style, and budget. By meeting with the team from Elle A Events you'll leave the consultation with a clear starting point for your planning. 

 

 THE pAlisades

Preparation Package

Though incredibly exciting, it can also be daunting to know how and where to begin your planning process. The PALISADES Preparation package gives you the knowledge, tools and guidance to help to get you started. We will help create the initial structure of the event, and give you all the tools to stay on track.

Wedding planning services include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Budget development
  • Vendor selection and referrals 
  • Venue location research and selection
  • Event tracking tools
  • Custom planning tool to help you know how to continue the process
  • Timeline finalizing (day of and payment)
  • "Day of Coordination" services optional for an additional fee

 

THE downtown

DAY OF COORDINATION

We want you to be able to be fully present and enjoy your day without stress or having to think about any of the logistics. The DOWNTOWN Day of Coordination package is designed for couples that want a professional to help them execute all of their planning when the wedding day finally arrives. Your “day of coordinator” will oversee all the festivities, ensuring all runs smoothly and just as you'd imagined. 

Wedding planning services include, but are not limited to the following:

  • 2 Consultations before the wedding
  • Managing from “setup” to “teardown" (total of 8 hours)
  • Creating a detailed timeline of events
  • Confirming vendor details (incl. arrival/delivery times and payment coordination)
  • Completing a walk-through of ceremony and reception sites
  • Handling clients 'final touches' such as: 
    • Setting out programs - Reserved signs - Menu and place cards - Seating chart - Gift table - Guest book & pen
  • Assisting with direction of guest seating for ceremony and reception
  • Client access to wedding day emergency kit

THE WESTSIDE

Full Wedding Planning Package 

This is for the couple who desires support and direction in all aspects of creating their big day. The WESTSIDE Full Wedding Planning package ensures our guidance through every step of the process: from envisioning to planning to execution. Our job is to give you the best options possible to help maximize your budget and vision and design the most exquisite wedding of your dreams.

Wedding planning services include, but are not limited to the following:

  • All services from the PALISADES and the DOWNTOWN packages
  • Comprehensive meeting with our in-house designers to get an understanding of your vision, style and design preferences 
  • Accompany you at to up to 2 tastings and 3 site visits
  • Design support for all aspects of the event
  • Timeline distribution for all festivities 
  • Constant vendor contact
  • Creating guest seating plan 
  • Lead coordinator and up to 1-2 assistants for the wedding (staffing dependent on guest count)

THE SILVERLAKE

Above and Beyond Package

We will take care of each and every detail from beginning to end, even after the wedding is over. The SILVERLAKE Above and Beyond package allows you to leave everything to our team of experts, ensuring that your wedding is absolutely the day of your dreams. Additionally, you can leave for your honeymoon knowing that all vendor relations, payments and coordination issues will be resolved and finalized. 

Wedding planning services include, but are not limited to the following:

  • All services from the PALISADES, the DOWNTOWN and the WESTSIDE packages
  • Create wedding website
  • Accompany you at all fittings, tastings and site visits
  • Creation of any ceremony or reception items (invitations, programs, menus, etc.)
  • Transportation coordination for you and your guests
  • Booking and negotiation of hotel slots for guests
  • Organizing RSVPs
  • Assistance with running errands before and after the events
  • Coordinator and 3-4 assistants for the wedding (staffing dependent on guest count)
  • Send Thank You cards

We work with each client to help them design a custom theme, find the perfect venue, coordinate entertainment, handle catering/bar services and curate the guest list. We also offer decor and styling services so each event can be tailored specific to your taste, resulting in a once in a lifetime experience.

Venue Management

VenueS and venue booking agents: 

We are able to represent your venue as a 'Venue Booking Agent' in which we create and negotiate contracts, coordinate and produce (when applicable) all proposed events and productions held at the agreed upon venue. 

If the agent services are needed for an extended period of time (over a year), the terms can be changed to reflect an ongoing relationship for bookings during the term of the agreement. The contract is set up to be an exclusive partnership between the venue booking agent and the venue itself.

• Contract terms are adhered to
• Client special requests are handled
• Keeping staff (sometimes includes catering/bar) on task
• Managing the venue to the expectations of the owner and acting as an advocate for the venue and it's staff
• Overseeing event closure (ie. making sure guests safely depart, load out is on time with vendors according to owners requests, etc.)
• Running tasks during the event

Elle Anderson | CEO & FoundeR

Elle began her career in the event industry as the Event Coordinator for a few of Hollywood’s most premier promotional companies. Moving on to venue management & marketing, she worked for 5 years as Director of Marketing & Promotions for The Sunset Entertainment Group and 2 years as Director of Special Events for The Downtown Entertainment Group.

Seeking to diversify her expertise, Elle then served as a private consultant for venues across Los Angeles & Orange County as well as the Director of Catering for a special event & motion picture catering company. In addition to being a Certified Conference Management & Event Specialist, she holds her BA in Business with an emphasis in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University. 

Elle has produced events for The Reelz Channel, The Silver Spoon Gifting Suites, The Oscars & The Emmy’s, premiere after parties for IFC & HBO, brand activations for TravelAlberta.com, NHL Network, Kia Motors, Digital River, Vail Valley Foundation, SkyTech Sports and private performances by Prince, Linkin Park & Moby. Elle has debuted venues at Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah with major corporate sponsors like Grey Goose & Red Bull. 

Combining both years and diversity of experience in the event industry, she decided to start her own Event Production & Design Company -- Elle A Events. 


Sydney Thompson | Executive assistant and lead coordinator

Sydney found her love for event planning when she interned in the Special Events Department at Walt Disney Studios. There she discovered that the nature of this social industry allowed for both creativity as well as operating with urgency, which was perfectly suited to her personality. After earning her BA in Business Marketing from Long Beach State University, she managed Jump 5150, an indoor trampoline park, where she was able to tune in her skills of oversight and event coordination. 

Since joining Elle A Events, she has helped coordinate and plan a wide variety of events including two weddings for shows on TLC as well as a baby shower for a YouTube sensation. Sydney finds her passion for event planning lies in helping the client find and execute their voice and vision. She believes a good coordinator understands that the client's happiness is always the most important aspect of an event and that it is a planners job to do the best to fulfill their vision, no matter how crazy an idea may sound.

Sydney's bubbly personality guarantees a fun atmosphere wherever she goes. Her previous coordination experience and her passion for planning the ultimate event makes it easy for her to jump into any job that comes her way.  Sydney is a Los Angeles native and a proud member of the Delta Gamma Fraternity.

 
 

TIM PUDER | DIRECTOR OF EVENT PRODUCTION 

Tim discovered his love for events back in high school with producing Battle of the Bands and spring concerts that featured local musical acts. After pursuing a degree in marketing at CSUN, he began managing hospitality and security for venues around Los Angeles. During this time, he was also regularly on the road working as a tour manager, production manager, audio engineer, lighting designer, and merchandise manager. In the last five years, Tim has transitioned his expertise into large scale event and festival production, while operating an Audie award winning recording studio. 

He has worked for venues such as The Penthouse at the Huntley Hotel, The Edison, The Highlands Nightclub, The Glendon Bar and Kitchen, and Elevate Lounge; and produced activations at Coachella, Lollapalooza, Outside Lands, Shaky Knees Fest, The Vans Warped Tour, and more.

With a total of eight years venue management, 14 years in the touring industry, and 4 years of experiential marketing activations at festivals around the country, there isn't a problem that could arise for which Tim won't have a solution. 


CURTIS MURPHY | EVENT PRODUcer

Curtis Murphy has been engulfed in all facets of event marketing and branding for clients in the automotive industry such as: Toyota, Cadillac, Mercedes, BMW, Scion, Dodge, and Lincoln for the last 10 years. More recently, he has lead event productions for Activision/Blizzard (the leading video game publisher) mainly focusing on their breadwinning titles like Call Of Duty, and Skylanders – both which generate billions of dollars annually.

Currently freelancing as an event producer for Elle A Events as well as producing events with NHL hockey team the LA Kings,  he is also owner and producer of a music production studio and production company in Hollywood. Curtis has his mind and hands dialed in to many sides of marketing for different industries, running a business, as well as running budgets in the black.

Curtis holds a degree in Music Business and Songwriting from Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. He also brings grounded morals, a friendly & fun nature, and serves as a team leader and a team player. All of these qualities culminate with Curtis’ desire to help show the world to… well, to the world.


Gregg Jacobson | Event Producer

Gregg has been involved in the hospitality and event entertainment business for over 15 years. Specializing in conceptualizing and managing the aesthetics of an event, he draws upon his experience with André Balaz and the opening of the Standard Hotels, followed by the launch of pop-up clubs, Paul & André, Smoke & Mirrors and the Standard Hotel.

Gregg has also curated events for a list of top industry clients including Diesel, Jaguar, Land Rover, Chevy Volt, Moet-Hennessy, Grey Goose Vodka, Purple Magazine, Details Magazine and Flaunt Magazine. He is passionate about ensuring guests have a great time in the most beautiful of spaces and focuses on corporate and high end events.


SARA loncka | content coordinator

Sara is a freelance copywriter who specializes in blog content, media reviews and ad copy. She supports ElleA Events by curating the website and managing the blog. In addition to writing, she has worked in education, community activism, film, fashion and hospitality. Sara knows a little something about a lot of things-- all of which helps to inform the way she sees the world. Writing is how she processes her experiences and hopes to help others do the same.

In addition to writing, she currently works in leadership development and like all freelance writers is "busy writing the next great American novel."
