Complimentary Initial Consultation

The initial consultation is just for us for us to get to know each other and answer any questions you may have. We can help guide you, if needed, to identify your taste, style, budget, and vision, so that we can make the most of our time together and give you a great starting point for your planning. This consultation can last up to one hour.

 

Preparation Package

Even if you don’t want or need a lot of planning services, we can help get you started. We will help create the initial structure of the event and give you all the tools to stay on track.

Wedding planning services include, but are not limited to the following:

·      Helping develop your budget

·      Help with referring and picking vendors

·      Picking venue location

·      Event tracking tools

·      Custom planning tool to help you know where to go from here

·      Finalizing timelines (day of and payment)

·      “Day of Coordination” services optional for an additional fee

DAY OF COORDINATION

We want you to enjoy your day. This package is designed for couples that would like to do all the planning themselves, but want a professional to help them execute all of their hard work when their wedding day finally arrives. Your “day of coordinator” will help make your day unforgettable and stress free.

Wedding planning services include, but are not limited to the following:

·      2 consultations one week before the wedding

·      Manage day of from “setup” to “teardown”

·      Create detailed timeline of events and distribute accordingly

·      Thorough vendor details

o   Calling to confirm details and times of arrival/delivery

o   Handle distribution of payment to each vendor

·      Complete walk-through of ceremony and reception sites

·      Handle clients “final touches,” such as   

o   Setting out programs

o   Reserved signs

o   Menu cards

o   Place cards

o   Seating chart

o   Card box

o   Guest book & pen

o   Any other small personal touches requested

·      Assist with direction of guest seating for ceremony and reception

This is for the bride that wants guidance from start to finish. Our job is to give you the best options possible to help maximize your budget and design the most exquisite wedding of your dreams.

Wedding planning services include, but are not limited to the following:

·      Includes coordinator and up to 1-2 assistants for the wedding (staff dependent upon guest count)

·      Attend and direct rehearsal dinner

·      Accompany you to up to 2 fittings, 2 tastings, and 2 site visits

·      Wedding design for all aspects of the event

·      Wedding timeline distribution

·      Constant vendor contact

·      Guest seating arraignment plan

·       “Day of Coordination” and “Preparation Package” services included

We will take care of each and every detail from beginning to end, even after the wedding is over.

·      Create any ceremony or reception items (invitations, programs, menus, etc.)

·      Help coordinate transportation for you and your guests

·      Assist with running errands before and after the events

Elle Anderson | CEO & FoundeR

Elle Anderson went to Pennsylvania State University for a BA in Business with an emphasis in Psychology. She began her career in the event industry as the Event Coordinator for a few of Hollywood’s most premier promotional companies. Moving on to Venue Management & Marketing, she worked for 5 years as Director of Marketing & Promotions for The Sunset Entertainment Group and 2 years as Director of Special Events for The Downtown Entertainment Group. Her venues included The Cabana Club, Sterling Steakhouse, The White Lotus, The Pig & Whistle, Sideways Lounge, The Green Door, Ritual, Elevate Lounge & Takami Sushi.

Elle has produced events for The Reelz Channel, The Silver Spoon Gifting Suites, The Oscars & The Emmy’s, premier after parties for IFC & HBO, brand activations for TravelAlberta.com, NHL Network, Kia Motors, Digital River, Vail Valley Foundation, SkyTech Sports and private performances by Prince, Linkin Park & Moby to name a few. Elle has debuted venues at The Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah with major corporate sponsors like Grey Goose & Red Bull.

Elle moved on from these venues and started doing private consulting for venues across Los Angeles & Orange County. Corporate meetings and conference management are also part of her training and experience, as she is a Certified Conference Management & Event Specialist. While doing this, Elle found her way into Special Event & Motion Picture Catering as Director of Catering. After her time in the catering side of the event world, Elle decided it was time to combine all her years of experience in the event industry and start her own Event Production & Design Company -- Elle A Events


Sydney Thompson | Executive assistant and lead coordinator

Sydney has been a Los Angeles native for 23 years and is a true California girl. She has had a passion for event planning ever since she interned in the Special Events Department at Walt Disney Studios. She attended Long Beach State University where she graduated with a Business Marketing Degree and is a proud member of the Delta Gamma Fraternity.

Planning events is in her blood and since being with Elle A Events, she has helped coordinate and plan two weddings for shows on TLC. Her bubbly personality guarantees a fun atmosphere wherever she goes. She absolutely loves watching movies, traveling and going horseback riding. Her previous coordination experience and her passion for planning the ultimate event makes it easy for her to jump into any job that comes her way. 

 
 

Alex Golunov | Event Production & Technical Director

Alex is behind the strategy of each big event we do, if it’s a Marketing Activation or a Charity Gala. He’s unique background offers a combination of Masters in Economics with work experience all-around-the-world in market research, high-tech and market-making products. Driven by passion for innovation, commitment to teamwork and entrepreneurial spirit he is a manager with both experience in launching products and commercial skills to identify and monetize business opportunities in new markets. Alex was challenged by multiple situations with scarce resources, requiring deep understanding of every process, thus giving him an ability to come up with cost effective and creative solutions.

Alex has years of experience in client relations and market research through work experience with Publicis Groupe – one of the largest ad agencies in the world. Working with a strategic management team Alex provided consulting services on engagements for multi-million dollar campaigns. While working on research projects and analyzing results of advertising campaigns for major clients of the agency, he developed a set of analytical and quantitative skills. He’s client list included Nestlé, Heineken and The Coca-Cola Company. This marketing experience rendered Alex with vast knowledge in development and production of marketing campaigns.

 
 

CURTIS MURPHY | PRODUCTION

Curtis Murphy graduated Cum Laude from Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA (2002) with a degree in Music Business and Songwriting.

The creative mind sees all the world in a creative light, with undying curiosity, and with an insatiable sense of adventure. Curtis believes that life is way too short and that there are way too many great places worth exploring. Knowledge is better cultured through actual experience, which makes Xplorer.com a perfect fit and an exciting realm for Curtis to help cultivate for the masses to learn and enjoy.

The past 10 years, Curtis has been engulfed in all the facets of event marketing and branding for clients ranging from Toyota, Cadillac, Mercedes, BMW, Scion, Dodge, and Lincoln in the automotive industry, and more recent years leading event productions for Activision/Blizzard (the leading video game publisher) mainly focusing on their breadwinning titles, Call Of Duty, and Skylanders – both generate billions of dollars annually each.

Currently freelancing as an event producer for Activision and producing events with NHL hockey team the LA Kings, while also owner and producer of a music production studio and production company in Hollywood, CA. Curtis Murphy has his mind and hands dialed in to many sides of marketing for different industries, running a business, as well as running budgets in the black. Curtis also brings grounded morals, a friendly & fun nature, a team leader and a team player. All of these qualities culminate with Curtis’ desire to help show the world to… well, to the world.


Tim Puder | Event Production Director

Tim first started producing events in high school, with battle of the bands and spring concerts that featured local musical acts. After pursuing a degree in marketing at CSUN, he began managing hospitality and security for venues around Los Angeles. During this time, he was also regularly on the road working as a tour manager, production manager, audio engineer, lighting designer, and merchandise manager. In the last five years, Tim has transitioned his expertise into large scale event and festival production, while operating an Audie award winning recording studio. 

 

With a total of eight years venue management, 14 years in the touring industry, and 4 years of experiential marketing activations at festivals around the country, there isn't a problem that could arise that Tim won't have a solution for. 

He has worked for venues such as The Penthouse at the Huntley Hotel, The Edison, The Highlands Nightclub, The Glendon Bar and Kitchen, and Elevate Lounge; and produced activations at Coachella, Lollapalooza, Outside Lands, Shaky Knees Fest, The Vans Warped Tour, and more. 


Gregg Jacobson | Event Producer

Gregg has been involved in the hospitality/event entertainment business for the last 15 years. Jacobson started out working with André Balaz with the opening of the Standard Hotels, followed by the launch of pop-up clubs, Paul & André, Smoke & Mirrors and the Standard Hotel. During this time, Jacobson started curating events for a list of top industry clients including Diesel, Jaguar, Land Rover, Chevy Volt, Moet-Hennessy, Grey Goose Vodka, Purple Magazine, Details Magazine and Flaunt Magazine.
